Eligibility for Refund:

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and credited back to the original payment method.
